10:00 – 10:30: Board a speedboat or cable car to Cat Ba Island.

Arrive at Dong Bai pier. Transfer to a speedboat or cable car to Cat Ba Island. Upon reaching the island, transfer to another vehicle and continue for another 25 km to the Cat Ba tourist center.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Welcome to Cat Ba Island.

13:00 – 14:00: Hotel check-in.

Guests are free to explore Cat Ba Island. You can consider activities such as: visiting Cat Ba National Park, Quan Y Cave, Trung Trang Cave, Thien Long Cave, trekking and conquering Ngu Lam Peak – the highest mountain in Cat Ba (at your own expense).

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Swimming and watching the sunset on Cat Ba Island.

Guests are free to swim at the beaches on Cat Ba Island. Alternatively, visitors can check out the coastal trail connecting Cat Co 1 and Cat Co 3 beaches and enjoy the stunning sunset.

COMPARING THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PACKAGES IN A 3-DAY, 2-NIGHT CAT BA TOUR

The itinerary for all 3-day, 2-night Cat Ba tour packages is the same. The differences lie in hotel room services, meal pricing, and included amenities within each package. Specifically:

1. Children’s Policy
Minimum 2 guests per room.
Children aged 0-2 years: Free of charge, sharing a bed and seat on the bus with parents. Families are responsible for their child’s meals and entrance fees (if any).
Children aged 3-5 years: 50% of the tour price, sharing a bed with parents. The second child is charged as an adult and receives equivalent services.
Children aged 6-11 years: 75% of the tour price, sharing a bed with parents. The second child is charged as an adult and receives equivalent services.

2. Discount and Additional Service Surcharge Policies

a. Promotional/Gift Policy

Free one-way cable car ticket from Cat Hai to Phu Long for customers booking the 3-day/2-night Cat Ba tour during the off-season (August 17th – May 14th).

Free pick-up and drop-off at Hai Phong city center or Cat Bi airport for groups of 4 or more people.

b. Discount Policy

If customers do not use the transfer service: A discount of 500,000 VND/person will be applied compared to the tour price departing from Hanoi. If customers only use the one-way transfer service, the tour price will be reduced by 250,000 VND/person.

If customers wish to be picked up and dropped off at Cai Vieng ferry terminal, Gia Luan ferry terminal, or Phu Long cable car station, a discount of 250,000 VND/person will be applied compared to the Hanoi pick-up and drop-off price.

For customers who choose to eat at their own expense: A discount of 200,000 VND/person/meal (2-star, 3-star, and homestay packages) – A discount of 250,000 VND/person/meal (4-star and 5-star packages). Note: This discount applies to a maximum of 2 self-catering meals.

If customers do not take the Lan Ha Bay tour on the second day, a discount of 450,000 VND/person during low season or 550,000 VND/person during high season applies (lunch on the second day is not included).

If customers book additional tickets for the Jetski show – Symphony of the Green Island, an additional discount of 50,000 VND/person/ticket applies.

c. Additional Service Surcharge Policy

If customers wish to take the cable car instead of the speedboat/ferry, a surcharge of 50,000 VND/person/one-way applies.

If customers wish to book an Onsen hot spring bath combo: A surcharge of 200,000 VND/person applies.

If customers wish to upgrade to a sea-view room (only applicable to the 5-star package), a surcharge of 300,000 VND/room/night applies.

If customers wish to upgrade to a cruise ship to visit Lan Ha Bay: Upgrade to a 4-star cruise ship: A surcharge of 100,000 VND/person during low season or 200,000 VND/person during high season. 3. Cancellation Policy for the 3-Day 2-Night Cat Ba Tour

a. Cancellation by the Customer:

If cancelled immediately after registration, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

If cancelled 10 to 15 days before departure, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

If cancelled 5 to 10 days before departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

If cancelled 3 to 4 days before departure, a 75% cancellation fee will be charged.

If cancelled 0 to 2 days before departure, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation during public holidays will result in no refunds, cancellations, or changes; the above cancellation policy does not apply.

If the tour is still permitted to operate due to rain or wind: If the customer cancels the tour without notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Note: For 5-star hotel packages, guests will be charged 100% of the tour price if they cancel at any time after booking (except in cases of force majeure).

b. Cancellation by the company or due to objective reasons.

If Bee Lucky Homestay is unable to carry out the tour, the company will immediately notify the customer and refund the full amount paid within 3 days of notification of cancellation.

In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, delays and cancellations of public transportation, etc., Bee Lucky Homestay will refund the money or change the departure date as requested by the customer. The tour price may remain the same or change depending on the service prices at that time.

3. I’m traveling with my family group; can I take a private tour?

Yes. Bee Lucky Homestay supports flexible private/group tour bookings, suitable for groups of friends, small families, or large groups. For groups of 10 or more people, Bee Lucky Homestay will arrange a private vehicle to pick up guests from their home (Guests do not need to travel to the meeting point to join other guests).

4. What are the payment procedures for tours? Is a deposit required?

Yes. All tour bookings require a minimum 50% deposit upfront.

For 2-star to 4-star packages: Customers will pay the remaining 50% upon departure.

For 5-star hotel/resort packages: Customers will pay the remaining 50% when Bee Lucky Homestay provides the hotel room code.

5. When booking a tour, will I receive a service confirmation or receipt?
