Tour terms

Children’s Ticket Prices:

Children under 2 years old: Free tour price, airfare according to airline regulations. Parents or accompanying relatives are responsible for the child’s food, accommodation, and sightseeing expenses (if any).

Children from 2 to under 5 years old: 100% of airfare; free tour price. Parents or accompanying relatives are responsible for the child’s food, accommodation, and sightseeing expenses (if any). Two adults can only accompany one child under 5 years old; the second child and subsequent children must purchase a half-price tour ticket.

• Children aged 5-under 11: 100% of airfare; 50% of tour price. Includes meals, seating on the vehicle, and sharing a room with family. Two adults are only allowed to bring one child aged 5-under 11; for the second child and subsequent children, parents should purchase an additional single bed.Children aged 11 and above: 100% of tour price and the same standards as adults.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

After confirmation and payment (at least 50% deposit to reserve your spot and full payment of 100% of the total tour price 10 days before departure).

If, by the due date for full payment of 100% of the total tour price, you fail to pay on time and in the correct amount, it will be considered that you have voluntarily canceled the tour and will forfeit the entire deposit.

• Airline/train/high-speed train tickets will be issued immediately after payment and confirmation of the accuracy of the passenger’s full name (exactly as written in passport or ID card), date of birth, etc., as required by the transportation company. Any changes to issued tickets: departure date and time, passenger name, ticket cancellation, will incur fees according to the following regulations:
  If you cancel your tour immediately after registering, you will be charged a penalty fee for the tour and airline ticket.
• Cancellation of the tour immediately after registration up to 10 days before departure will incur a 30% penalty of the tour price.
  Cancellation of the tour between 5 and 10 days before departure will incur a 50% penalty of the tour price.
  Cancellation of the tour between 3 and 5 days before departure will incur a 75% penalty of the tour price.
  Cancellation of the tour between 0 and 3 days before departure will incur a 100% penalty of the tour price.
• During holidays and Tet (Vietnamese New Year), cancellations, refunds, and changes are not permitted, and the above cancellation policy does not apply.Due to the nature of group tours for individual travelers, Luxtour is responsible for accepting registrations until the group is complete (10 adults or more) before the tour can depart as scheduled. If the group size is less than 10 people, the company is responsible for notifying customers 3 days before the departure date and will negotiate a new departure date or refund the entire deposit.
  Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the company or via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by the company. Cancellation by telephone is not accepted.
• Deposit, payment, cancellation, and tour rescheduling dates: excluding Saturdays and Sundays.In cases of force majeure such as terrorism, riots, natural disasters, floods, etc., depending on the actual situation and the convenience and safety of customers, the travel company will proactively inform customers of the following changes: cancellation or replacement with a new program at a cost equivalent to the previous tour program. If the new program incurs additional costs, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional costs. However, each party is responsible for making every effort to assist the affected party in minimizing losses caused by force majeure.
• In the event of schedule changes or flight delays due to errors by the airline, train, or ship company, Luxtour will not be responsible for any resulting expenses such as meals, restaurants, hotels, transportation, tour guides, etc.Note:

• When booking a tour, customers are required to submit their personal identification documents to the travel agency for ticket issuance and travel insurance purchase. Customers are responsible for providing their personal documents (ID card or passport). Luxtour will not be responsible for any issues such as blurry or unclear images or information on the original documents; expired passports or ID cards; or documents that do not comply with Vietnamese law, and will not refund any resulting costs.
• For foreign/Vietnamese expatriate visitors: When going on a tour, please bring your original valid passport and Vietnamese visa to complete the boarding procedures as required by the airline.Children (under 12 years old) must bring their birth certificate (original or certified copy with a valid visa) to complete the airline procedures.
• Guests aged 14 and above are required to have a valid ID card or passport; birth certificates are NOT accepted. If guests aged 14 and above do not have an ID card or passport, they must provide a personal identification certificate (certified by the authorities and still valid) plus their birth certificate.
• Some details in the itinerary, flight times, train times, and high-speed train times may change to suit the actual situation of the trip (weather, traffic, etc.).
  Hotel/resort check-in and check-out regulations: check-in after 2 PM and check-out before 12 PM.
• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own luggage and personal belongings during the trip.For health and food safety reasons, guests are kindly requested not to bring outside food into restaurants and hotels. Beverages brought in must have the restaurant/hotel’s permission and may be subject to a fee.
